I just can't seem to progress past 1700, I would like someone to spec me and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I feel i understand the game very well.

When i'm playing with a team i get to 1750 almoset 1800
Then i start solo queing and drop back <1700 and can't get past it.

I'm not the "my team sux i can't win" kkind of guy, but that's how it really feels sometimes.

basically solo pub comes down to being a good leader / playing a few levels above your teammates and opponents / dominating mid solo and semi-carrying / good situational item choices and decision making

just takes practice and you should never expect to have as high of a winrate solo queue as with friends
