Coming from LoL Taking a break, What are some tips ?

1) call them heroes, not champions
2) never say you are from lol
3) don't feed
4) don't buy heroes with $$, rather buy a legacy acc from me (those are paid accs with all heroes and mods unlocked)

Rage, don't feed, rage, feed less, rage, get good, rage.

Learn that you can deny and not just last hit creeps.
From there just learn the heroes and their abilities and you'll be fine. Not everyone (although most) has a surefire escape mechanism (flash).

What are good New player friendly Champions?

Skill shots are fine.

nymphora (support), witch slayer (support), pyro (can be support or dps), swift blade (carry), parasite (usually a jungler, need some practice), monarch (support). the recommended items are from S2 so they arnt always great, you can find another guide or just follow S2s

just know that it's much more unforgiving in match ups for lanes. like in Lol you can have carry support bot, doesnt REALLY matter which. but in HoN some lanes will CRUSH other lanes and you wont be able to do anything. so it's good to right click what hero you're going to play in selection to let other people pick accordingly

remember if you're supporting buy wards (atleast 3-4 before 8-10 mins) and dont be afraid to ask your team where to put them

LoL is like HoN in super slow motion and no denies.....Its a lot more challenging ...

Good noob hero = Plague rider, Witch Slayer, Pollywog, Bombardier
