Just a few things:
The two synth lines at the start sound like they're side-chained and the changing pitches are quite painful to the ears.
The transitions are pretty bad, they need to drop and the sounds need to transition into the breakdown. 2:28 was a horrible drop.
Also the noise (sounds like a snare brush) that's there during the up-beat is really annoying and sounds bad.

I dont really think the sounds are bad "sfx/fx soundS" i just need to learn mastering a bit better tbh, maybe the volume was to high or add a lowpass filter or some
