I'm new and I need to farm well, I can't farm with autoattack much the health bars are so small.

Maybe a champ with high dmg without mana or idk

start with heroes that dont need much farm but still help the team

and just support, ward, learn how to stack creeps and try stay alive as much as possible

witch, plague and andro are already good suggestions.
if you take one of them go on lane with a melee carry and support him. harass your opponents. attack them and if creeps walm to you go back again. repeat.
you can read hero guides ingame, they will help alot. use courier to send you wards and probably upgrade it. especially wicth and plague can spam there nukes. use this for advantage
