The item is shit imo, has alright stats for the price but is just a bullshit early game item imo.

I think its a good item for squishy supports like glacius etc to get it

it's great on gemini, as gemini needs +stat items

hag might need it to double nuke/blink then ult

could be good on andro assuming you stay low level, that 10 second cooldown reduction could be huge

but yeah i can't think of what else it's good on?

i personally think it's stupid

there already is an item that reduces spawn timer


and why do they keep making retardedly imba items for supports aka heroes that wont have much gold
