I was 1800+ before the MMR got compressed, and now I get people that we're 1500-1600 before the patch in my games all the time.

Besides the fact that they're uncooperative, I can't seem to make up for their deficits, even if I do really well. Even when I completely dominate mid, by mid - late game, I'm heavily overpowered and out numbered.

This isn't me ranting about the teammates I'm getting, but a question, to those of you that solo queue and win consistently.

Any tips for solo queueing/carrying a game? Am I not ganking enough or something?

My mid heroes are usually hag, tort, dev, etc, any heroes I know I can take control of mid with.

solo queueing is pretty bad, you're better off trying to queue with good friends

if you want to solo queue you have 2 options

1) keep grinding out games, if you win 53% you'll slowly gain mmr
2) wait a month for the ratings to get sorted out, so when you come back you won't face many 1900 players as they'll hopefully not be able to be assigned to your game

if you want to grind out games, go to this site, and click on your hero tab and sort by +/- MMR

see what are your heroes that have gained you a lot of MMR and just play those, sadly s2 fucked up the xml again, so recent stats aren't recording properly

i'd say wait it out. right now, unless u que with 3x, its hard to play against players with same stats

big iffy was going to come back, but computer access got delayed, and mmr system is fucked up

the dark knight of jsp will come back next week

and i gotta learn how to play drunken master, seems like another ra

zephyr is really good now, and he only has 2 active skills

what do you think would be a fair nerf to that hero?

would lowering melee regen from 1 to .5 be a start for all these retarded melee heroes?

lower the casting range/push range on gust? lower how much he can heal on eating nados?

didnt zeph in beta used to be stronger?
i think he already got nerfed once then people started using him again in this metagame

idk, maybe remove tornados when he ports/reduce the magic dmg/s thats coming out

30dmg per tornado*8 and 60dmg/s from his ulti is just insane closeup

i don't think so, he had a shitty leap and nados didn't follow him on porting and they always lagged behind him, and he didn't have +1 hp regen for being melee

yeah 300dps at lvl 7 is pretty sick, though landing gust is pretty damn easy, maybe they should make that harder to land?
