Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any information about accounts being downgraded from legacy to basic.

Last Christmas, my brother bought my other brother a HoN account (when they were on sale for 10$). It, at the time, was a complete legacy account.

As it stands now, the account is basic, and seems to only have been given 2k silver as a sort of equivalent exchange.


Does anyone have any information about this?

if he bought it from S2 he should give them the transaction ID and it will be fixed (support@s2games.com)

if he bought it from a 3rd party you're stuck with a basic account

Bought it directly from S2 or somehow acquired a code? If the latter, I've heard of this happening to people who get them from bad sources.

I'm fairly certain my brother got it directly from S2, when they had that deal going on last Christmas.

I'm talking to my other brother now and I'm going to email them asap.

I don't think that would happen if he got it from S2. But S2 is garbage, so who knows.

Well, I just asked my brother and he is 100% positive that he got it from S2.

It just sent an email to the person's address, though. With some key in it to do things.
