well you have to pay to play him so yea i would say hes new. first time i seen him in a game and it lives up to s2 heroes lol

seems pretty average

the broken hero is monarch who is going to get nerfed

monarch has glacius's 2 nukes but they cost ~15% less mana
the "stun" has 50 more range
monarch has ~4 more base damage than glacius
monarch has 10 more movespeed than glacius
monarch has .6 more starting armor than glacius

probably going to see her mana costs increased like they did with myrm

not to mention ulti displays all debuffs like bubbles ulti

wtf thats so imba in early game teamfights

plays vs hero once
loses
complains
quits

iono monarch doesnt seem as broken to me. geminis ult split form makes him incredibly tanky even when going full damage build which just seemed really broken to me. im just saying s2 heroes getting worse and worse. gonna keep bugging my friend to let me play on his steam account so i can play dota 2
