I just found a forum on their site which contains a topic for people that have not recieved payments etc where they fix that kind of stuff
So, its probably legit

I dont see how its considered as a scam, because even if you wouldn't get paid you dont have to sacrifice anything, just play games that you most likely would've played anyway.
