the only time i complained about runes was back when you went mid and you saw your opponent pop up with an illusion rune at lvl 1 lol.

Makes them lucky, that they get them, and you a slacker, because you don't have rune control. Or because support are shit for wards. Or you're shit because you didn't get your own wards.
Haha, but I do agree, a lot of the times it's hella annoying. It's awesome that they took out the rune spawn at 00:00 though. Anyone disagree?
