you've gotten to that point probably because you aren't that good
so you spend fgs to make it look like you're that good
you'll get into higher mmr games with boosted mmr but then you'll be playing against better players then in your 1300 bracket

well there is a possibility they come in higher games and actually learn from the higher players

that's if they can even understand what happens in said games
most noobs just run in team fight
spam all thier skills on closest enemy hero
die in 3 seconds after spam
then blame teammates

i agree, but i dont think people do it to look good, they believe that their skill level is at (boosted mmr) and blame their teammates for being so low.

Solo queuing I was stuck at 1650-1675 mmr and was slowly going down in win % ( was at 48%).

Queuing with someone from jsp I'm now at 52% win and 1725 mmr.


I assume its kinda a form of boosting, however I feel like I'm worth to be in the 1700's, and I am pretty sure I will not ruin the game for my team if I solo.

Figure what, my last 2 games was solo lane pesti and won them both, one solo queuing and one with some people from jsp, but wasnt able to pass 1675 alone.

yeh it's hard to get up to 1700+ with out friends who are decent who play regularly

Yes it is, ive been close to being 1700 then tanked down to 1600..... its hard for players to climb the ladder when people dont always carry
