buying one from a friend, he bought the game immediatly after launch, played 2 months and did nothign else, now he sells the acc to me, can i change the email on the hon site, and can i do name changes and stats resets or do i have to pay for that?

you can change email on the hon site, change the format of your name for free (for example marviin to MARVIIN) but a real name change and stat reset cost $$ or coins.

and do have legacy accounts EVERY hero? even if a new hero is released?

yes but not if its early acces :D
