Does the abyssal skull and whispering helm stack with life steal? I noticed that on the orbs only the whispering helm shows up,

would that mean that if i got abyssal skull and whisp helm the life steals would both stack?

i don't know the percentages offhand, but yeah you will have lifesteal on dom + lifesteal on skull aura
its overkill though, the only time people usually have both is when someone else gets it (like a support) and you happen to have helm

it's ezier to just get 5 hungry spirits imo

damp aura+abyss+symbol -> 70% lifesteal inc
