because the company s2 takes your money and give you shit in your hand

while other good companys like blizzard
takes your money and in return give you an awesome gaming experience
with minimal downtime
no bitching at everything
they do something about bugs / unbalanced stuffs
they listen to the community
and lots of other GOOD stuffs is what other companys have to offer when you buy their product

and the only thing s2 have to offer is a pretty medicore game,
i mean the game itself i'd say is a 6.5/10 but all the stuffs above they are lacking which is just putting their game further and further down in the dumpster
