is it possible to keybind screan positions?

like if i want to keybind Top rune f1 .. then when i press f1 it will automaticly go to top rune, without i have to minimap click it or something like that?

Thats a very bad idea. Afk running will get ur killed a lot, you should be paying attention as much you can to your hero and its position.

in starcraft 2 i got many map pos. keybinded... id find it very usefull.. and therefor id like to know if its possible to do the same in hon.
its easy to pay attention to your hero while 0.5 sec fast swap rune pos, or top tower pos or anything else...

fast to do f1 - 1 1 .. back to hero or f2 2 2 for cour 11 back to hero.

He means to say like you do in Starcraft, where you have binds on areas of the map, that you choose to visit, and you can flash back and forth between areas using the keys. You have f1 and f2 on base and expansion, you can use those, instead of wasting time clicking in the minimap, and he wouldn't be afk running, he would be flitting back and forth between that area and the hero, I'm guessing.
