Okay, well basically I started having some fun with the console binding some keys to make chat messages.
I used "bind 2 teamchat TOP MIA".
The problem is, I forgot I used my courier hotkey as 2, and now CTRL+2 isn't working to hotkey the courier?

Any console wizards want to lend me a hand here?

Goto options hotkeys or w/e then you should see it

just go to option -> hotkeys or w/e and reset to default
