is it better to get hotbl first on him or just rush frostburn?

well imo its best to dual lane or trilane him, because he works great when you have a couple of stunners/slowers with u

skill build is to max 1 and 3 first, maybe getting 1 level of 2 in between. 2 is great but alot more useful mid game

item build i've found its best to go

phase, mana battery first as core
either hotbl + hood if you feel you need both, or just hood + beastheart (which you turn into a late game heart)
then either finish up barrier idol or go for a geometers bane
after that its up to you really. bfly, fws, mkb, anything


frostburn is kind of an item that you go when you need everything, like ms, dmg, survivability, etc. imo cd already has great dmg and ms just from his skills, and there are many better survivability items
