can you buy all the skins with silver coins'? i only saw some available =/

You can buy all items in the store with silver coins that is not premium items.
Edit: you can buy ALL the alt avatars with silver coins but the premium ones will cost you 3k silver coins

there are

premium items
limited time gold skins
and
everything else

premium skins (and items) cost a fuck load of silver coins, or you can pay with gold coins (which cost a fuck load of money, $10 for 1 different hero skin LOL)

limited time gold skins are only available for 7-10 days and cost around 600 silver coins, the hero design has lots of gold in it (hence gold skin)
there was recently a limited premium gold avatar (blacksmith) that cost 1800 gold coins

everything else can be bought with silver coins

there are a few exceptions to these 3 types of items (like when the japanese earthquake icon was set at 25 gold coins and was only available for a limited time)

there have been no gold coin only items yet
