The only way to get better at the game is to play the game.

Always try to play with better players and listen to them.

They're going to fucking rage at you for sucking but most of those stupid raging fucks will calm down if you don't go into full retard mode when they start raging. Tell them you're new and to give you advice if the advice isn't kill yourself or quit hon you should probably listen to it.

hag needs a dominating laning phase / bloodlust in order to get some decent items and move around and do your thing

bubbles is almost the same, you just need to not take damage for .25 seconds to be able to pk out of take cover, minor nerf

.25 sec then vs like a hammer or andro you need to time it so exactly when the shit hits you, you press
and with slightest lag / delay it will hit you and fuck you up
