the best streamer for educational purposes is melawnzz on justin.tv. He's one of the better competitive players. He can actually play multiple roles, not just the solo mid ricing carry/semi carry. He can play a side lane solo hero, the secondary support in a trilane and the carry in a trilane. He doesn't really like the ricing style, he's fairly aggressive. So you'll rarely see him farm a lane for 15 minutes. He doesn't play the ward bitch role, which is good for the viewer as that role is not very action packed. You won't really learn about warding. I believe there's some guy on own3d.tv who plays a lot of support at a high level yoda/chidorie i never watch streams there so I don't know his streaming name.
Most importantly he explains what he's doing. He gives you the why behind his decisions. You can even ask him questions in chat and he'll respond to them, unlike most streamers. He's usually the leader when he plays, so he tells you the reasoning behind the bans and the picks. He explains about what he's doing to control the lane, and always gives criticism to his teammates. None of these other streamers say shit, they just rice.
it seems like whenever i watch his stream he plays really inconsistently. like he will have one good game then one bad game, etc. plus hes a douche so i dont wanna support him
