it's all about practice, we can spout a bunch of theory at you, but if you don't practice a lot you won't get any better
it's pretty situational and really complex
who do you go on? when do you go on someone? what do you do when you lose the trilane? when should the supports gank? when do you pull? should you go top or bottom? What do you do if your trilanes aren't matched up
You could write tons of pages on these questions because of all the hero combinations
then of course there's the strategy at the picking/banning phase
there are some universal basics, which you probably already know
-get your ranged carry all the last hits. this includes attacking creeps near towers to help the carry get the last hit. it also means you help deny, you both attack the creep when it's 2 hits from death. though sometimes your support gets the last hit, and that's okay, as someone getting the gold is better than nothing
-the ranged carry wants to start out with an armor ring and whatever regen/stat items he wants. you upgrade to ring of teacher asap, then get a mana battery. the armor/regen is huge from RoT, and the mana battery is clutch for heals/mana
-if an enemy hero is out of position, you want to pick them off. don't stack stuns, you want to overlap them. not spreading out the stuns usually means you lost a kill
-when you are out of position and get stunned by one enemy, you don't stun that enemy back, you stun the enemy who is about to cast his stun, stunning that behe that just stunned your myrm is worthless as behe's dps and utility is shit after the initial stun. you should have stunned that andro who about to stun next
-vision in the side/jungle plays an important role in winning the trilane
