i gave my TFT key to some fucking kid, even though it's bound to my battle.net account, and he's able to use it

yeah he can use it but doesn't he have to use a CD to install the game? he won't be able to d/l it?

there is no authentication process for wc3
you can torrent retail, find a disc somewhere, etc and install with any key
