if you started 2 days ago why do you care about your stats? if you write 100 tests, get 5% on one of them and 95% on the other 99, you'll still have an average of 95%
as long as you play more you'll be fine

manhouse is all random no repick no swap, so you are forced to know all the heroes :P
ofcourse there are many high-rated players that just play like 5-6 different heroes REALLY well, but those aren't respected in my eyes atleast...

There are a few video guides.. There is also some java thingy made by nome which I couldn't find atm.
Lurk around the hon forum for guides
Lurk around this forum for awesomeness... and trolling..... mostly trolling tho

We could play sometimes together so I could give some hints, but i'm taking a break from hon atm till sunday.. I still think my ability to selftorture is a virtue...

Edit after seeing prickster's post: I wouldn't advise buying or selling your account, too many(mostly) scammers, when it comes to illegal trades.

I don't think anyone has been scammed in this section yet via account trades. I've made one successful trade and so have several others. Though that doesn't mean it is 100% safe.

One of the major hurdles of HoN is knowing all the hero skills and items. Play one game with every hero so you get the general idea of them. That's like 70+ games so getting good at HoN takes a long fucking time. You probably want to read a guide on the hero before you play them in game. Get the skill and item build down and use whatever strategy it gives you.

Be sure to ask for help in game so people can give you tips. People will flame the shit out of you since you're new, so you'll need to make judicious use of mute and /ignore to spare your feelings.

While you're learning all the hero skills and items you'll want to spend a lot of energy on last hitting. So you need to learn all the projectile speeds and how much hp is left on the creep in order for you to get the last hit.

Once you learn what all the heroes and items do you can then focus on other things like warding/counter warding, pushing, counter ganking, rune whoring, roaming, jungling, hero pick strategy, static farming, etc... You might learn some of these things in your first 70 games but they are a bit more advanced.

Just be positive and open-minded with you being new, so people don't bm at you.
