My win rate up to 1600 would be 80-90%, up to 1700 probably 60-70% depending on variables. The win rate doesn't matter though, just the amount of time it'd take me to do.
And yes I know that, but people pay for these boosting services because they feel they should be rated higher, very few of them should actually be rated higher and the vast majority of them shouldn't. If they lose the rating I get them that's their problem and the only thing I'm offering is to boost them to be up there, not to sustain the rating I get them.
