it appears they do not process credit cards in certain countries and i tried paypal but that doesn't work either

when i try to activate my acc through paypal i get some bs error, but do i need money on the actual paypal account or should it automatically withdraw it from my credit card? if so how can i do it, i never used paypal before

also if u guise know another way i can buy it lmk (hell ill even buy hon acc with fg here if i have to! -that or ill go back to dota, s2games really disappointed me with this
