Why do you want to get to a higher MMR bracket? Aren't you just going to drop back down to 1450? Aren't people going to shit talk to you when you start feeding in 1700 MMR games, why would you want that?

Is it an ego thing? You think you're better than your rating? What's the joy in getting inflated stats? The most memorable games i've had were the ones where the game was close and everyone was roughly the same skill level (there were no noobs that each team could pick off).

Yeah the skill level increases the higher you get up there, but do you really want to be that guy, when people say how the fuck did you get the blue/pink slot, you're garbage.

they have vent casts now, so you can hear top team strategies, still that shit is light years ahead of you if you don't have 4 other stable friends

paying for someone to carry you won't even guarantee 100% success
i've lost games that would otherwise be easy effortless wins on my smurfs because pubs will cry and do retarded shit like pick a hero, repick it, pick it again, and then buy wards of sight at the start to place them in the water and sit there crying all game
or do retarded shit like literally follow my hero around to annoy me and steal my farm because they are fucking stupid
