at level 5 with doctor you got 1-3-1
and after that you can pretty much skill whatever you want

/e

and itembuild pretty much varies from game to game / from player to player

i prefer to go

nullstone/sac stone first main item ( depending on how fast i get it / how many target spells they got )
after that i usually go for hex/hellflower
shrunkenhead is a viable choice but not as first item

pretty much anything that gives manaregen / stats

1-1-3 u mean yo?
I also get nullstone (if it's not needed -> sac stone), steamboots, hellflower, sometimes shrunken head, sometimes frostfield plate, sometimes harkons

With bomb I like ghost marchers, staff, spellshards, tablet of command, sometimes nullstone, sometimes void talisman
And skills I go 3-1-1-2-1-4-1-either max 2 or 3 then
But I think many people max third one first

this is the only way to do it. need that magnet.

then i like the contraption next helps with farming.

on bomb max the 3rd skill first awesome for harass...and nobody can take a last hit from you because you can hit with it faster than flint beast wood's auto attack. 1 point into the second skill to make the little bombs you put on people explode then max first skill.

well maxing out the passive after the disable works if you havent rly had good farm, since it allows you to gank for less mana ( since the poop cost more when you lvl it up )
but as i said after you got 3 on disable you can pretty much skill however you want

ya i guess by that point i usually have some kind of mana regen so mana cost is less of an issue for me...so i'd rather get the best farm i can

I'm still no fan of maxing magnetic first
It has a huge cooldown, means u can use it probably 1 time each fight. And waisting 3 skillpoints for +1.5sec disable without any damage?
I mean, yea, maybe when you have a team without disables, but if you got at least few disables, I wouldn't max magnetic first at all
The passive is used 10 times easily each fight, means it deals 450more damage each fight from lvl 1 to 4
Same to the bomb, only 4 sec cd and some aoe, but increased mana costs tho

I usally leave the disable at level 1 until I maxed the other 2 spells and I kinda never missed the +1.5sec so far. Even without the disable hardly any hero can escape DR

Thanks. I normally do the 1-3-1 on DR, items are tough since he seems strong, really just needs mana.
Also I didn't know to get steam boots with him first time, I got the 4-charge boots and a guy on my team kept raging about DR not needing it -.-;
Nullstone seems ideal on him since he does throw himself in the middle every fight!

With Bomb, i played a lane against 2 ranged and I was leveling up 3 (bomb harass) and 1, and it was not very useful =(.
But combing it with 2 sounds much smarter, that way I could pull it off, ty much for the idea.
Spellshards is definitely the perfect items for bomb as well, he does have 4 damage dealing skills. ty ty
