You may have been experiencing pathing issues if you are one of the users that use ALT to show health bars.
ALT now is for direct pathing, so when you hold alt your character does not go the normal pathing but rather the most direct one which is not always possible.
Solution: go to settings and unbind the alt key to direct pathing.
