well bro, it depends on da enemy lineup. here's how i normally do it:

bottle or chalice, dependin on if ur mid or not
steamboots
sustainer

at dis point, u gotta decide whether or not a nullstone wud b better than a runed axe. if u kno u can get ur runed axe in under 20 minutes, then its almost always da right choice, cuz u can just farm a nullstone later. but if tha otha team has retarded abilities like arachna ulti n panda ulti, u betta off gettin a nullstone first n skippin runed axe.

shrunken (optional, dependin on what hero lineup they got)
savage mace
shieldbreaker

etc.

You never go lifesteal?

steamboots
nullstone
shrunken head
savage mace
whispering helm
wingbow

later you change steamboots for posthaste and wh for a symbol of rage

this for the win

dependin on their lineup u can get an abyssal skull 4 lifesteal. i prefer shieldbreaker as da main orb tho. madman is 1 of those heroes dats rly versatile, so lots of builds work on him.

Abyssal isnt an orb, so.
