First of all:

Ranged str?
You say his a supporter, but i don't see a support going semicarry later.. seems wierd.
Mby you should make him int and secondary ganker

I don't really understand his first spell. He gets a permanent damage boost? In that case, tdl gets 50 / 60 / 70 / 80% Base Damage boots for 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 seconds, and also silences. That makes ur skill seems useless :S

second spell, you have not defined how much life/damage you get.
3rd spell i like

Last spell i don't really know. Seems like a good spell if u wanna be a ganker, but dno how it fits the hero.. As a support maybe you should choose something else. This looks alot like a hb ultimate, but without the damage and the demon.
Think about it!

Also, if u want a hope of it ever getting serious, you should get some pics for spells and hero.

1st ability is boring and doesnt support a support hero. you also need to tweak stat gains. definitely a work in progress

Ye the first skill needs a big change imo.. Maybe make the damage boots to another player instead? idk..

I changed the first skill.
How do you add the pictures and skill pictures?

When you save changes and preview, you can click the pictures.. Its important that the pictures are 128x128(avatar) and 80x80(spells) pixels. Also if you wanna change font colors and size etc, you can use the same codes that you use on JSP. Doesn't work exactly the same way, its abit buggy, but try ur way
