Hello i've been playing HoN since it came out played since the beta and I wanted to make a hero or just send a submission about it tell me what you think about it right now it's just a rough draft so it's not that great but yeah here it is.
General Warthog (Still thinking of a name for him)

Skill 1: Cannon blast: The general blasts a cannonball at an enemy hero dealing 90/150/200/250 damage to the target and stuns the target for 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0 seconds. Range 300/400/450/500
Mana cost: 125
Skill 2: Napalm: The general fires a ball of napalm into a selected area causing movement slow by 10%/20%/30%/40% for 2/3/4/5 seconds. Range 250/325/400/500
Mana cost: 50/60/70/80
Skill 3: Overdrive: The general puts his tank into overdrive giving a speed boost to charge at a enemy hero pushing them back and dealing 100/200/300/400 damage or it gives him a speed boost to move around or to escape his speed will be boosted by 20%/30%/40%/50% for 2/3/4/4.5 seconds.
Mana cost: 60/75/80/90
Skill 4: Tactical Nuke: The general fires a nuclear missile from the back of his tank shooting anywhere on the map taking 2 seconds to get there dealing 150/250/325 damage (Boosted by the staff of the masters)
Staff of the masters effect: increases damage to 400 damage and leaves some nuclear waste where it landed and if the enemy team is in it or walks over it, it deals damage over time and is on them for 3 seconds dealing 50 damage per second.
I have not thought about the cooldowns yet cause it is a rough draft still in progress. I would love to hear some feed back on this you can tell me if it was to over powered or weak or anything just post below and tell me what you think about it thanks!

Stun+slow+charge on the same hero would make it a bit overpower to gank I think, IMO if you remove the slow from the napaml and make it an aoe effect just like meteor, the hero would be more balanced.

To overpowered.

Remake Your third spell, to something more passive or defensive.

And Skill 1+2 reminds to much of other heroes.

I'm sure if S2 did accept this idea, they would work out some general kinks to make it somewhat balanced, but I agree, this sounds ALOT like Bombardier. Ult anywhere on the map, slow, stun+ nuke
