my win % on hellbourne is like 73% and on legion it's about 57%
i checked most of the top players, and almost EVERYBODY has a higher win % on hellbourne

personally, i prefer hellbourne

the pulling was referring to the westernmost hellbourne creep camp (the strong one) and the lane pull

imo kong aint that big of a factor, and i also feel like the hellbourne mid lane is harder to gank than legions mid lane
