only made it so that flagellation would go on cooldown when hitting gadgets
i'm pretty sure you can still 1 shot 5 enemy heroes with it though

ya, glads still op, i really didnt even notice it was a passive now, just gotta hit an enemy creep at the right angle and its still just as bad lol

OP? He has never been op. HoN is to fast pasted for a true Kunkka port. His Pitfall needs a buff.
