Alright where should I start... Me and my group of friends that plays HoN are looking for GOOD players. We usually play late at night (10pm-3am) EST. We are french canadians, we can all speak decent english. Here is more specifically what were looking for :

.1650-1750 PSR range
.0% EM or close to 0%
.Very wide knowledge of the game (creep pulling, creep stacking, counter-warding, etc.) Heroes abilities and builds (good builds... I don't wanna see a codex on bloodhunter, in fact I don't wanna see bloodhunter at all.)
.TEAM PLAYER. We don't care about your K/D ratio or ours. If you are confident you can give your life to save the carry, we expect you to do it. We play to win, this also means supports are expected to WARD AND COUNTERWARD, and buy a courier of course.
.Be able to accept CRITICISM. Not everyone is perfect, we make bad plays, you make bad plays. When we feel you should've done something differently, we'll let you know. This also means we are open to criticism, tell us what you think we could do better.
.Do not RAGE! I have slim to no tolerance towards raging people. Not everything always goes your way, sometimes you get ganked often etc. it happens, take it like a man and keep your cool.

We are not a clan, just a group of people playing whenever they can, we have some fun and we try to WIN. We are try-hards, if you don't like it, don't post here.
We all have access to a ventrilo server, and we expect you to have a working microphone and ventrilo.

i'm just tired of losing, and everybody who frequents my ventrilo server are 1500s or 1600s scrubs that, if i do not include in my hon games, will beat me up irl
the worst part is that they are completely closed to criticism, and completely disrespect any ideas and advice i have for them, usually raging
ex: they're feeding, i say "you should have bought steamboots since they have a pebbles; ghost marchers leaves you with 777 hp and that's why pebbles is one-shot combo'ing you to death every time without you being able to disable him and run with a sliver of health", and they respond "SHUT THE FUCK UP", i facepalm and know not to go further, etc, etc, they stay bad, etc
anyways, i have a few decent players that i play with, and we should try some games to see where we're at in terms of compatibility of playstyles/skill

despite this post, i am usually very mature, calm, and collected
also, i'm jobless, gf-less, and usually play until 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM, which is like 4:30 to 6:00 in your quebec time
