Tech support inside a company?

I studied to be an IT in montreal for 2 years, I didn't like it all in all. I was supposed to do custommer support for an ISP. But I couldn't imagine myself sitting on the phone for 8 hours.

Tech support company, so we do tech support for businesses but aren't linked to only 1
