Why the fuck does it take forever to alt tab back into the game?

Wondering if its my computer or just the game.

my computer is 3-4 years old, i instant minimize and bring it back up

i mean i insta minimize, sometimes insta maximize, but most of the times 10-15 second delay.

Clean your computer, check for viruses.
My dad had a comp that had a virus, one single virus, it made the computer take 45mins to turn on and fully load up.
After he cleaned it out his computer took about one minute to turn on.
