When people say ghost marchers do they mean phase boots? Because im not seeing any ghost marchers here

Ghost Marchers are the blue boots. Requires a set of marchers and two claws (that give +9dmg) to make, and when you click on them it gives you a run boost.

ah ok for me they say phaseboots weird

If I'm not mistaken they were originally Phase Boots, and required a Marchers, a Crushing Claw, and a Gloves of the Swift. They also gave Damage, Attack Speed, and Run Speed.
Ghost Marchers are the updated version that they put in after a few patches.
They just give +24 Damage and 70 Run speed.
