I've not played HoN yet, but it does look pretty sweet.

i really like how in HoN you can deny....adds a whole another level of strategy to the game... or more complications of you look @ it like that.

It's a better DotA clone. I just get annoyed with the pathing in the game sometimes. Part of the lanes are a bit more curved than the DotA map and it seems to be harder to navigate around everywhere. A one centimeter misclick and you'll be running backwards.

I've played DotA, HoN and LoL... LoL is the best one trust me....

They're both very different. LoL offers a very different kind of game, especially coming from DotA. It's much quicker to get in to and gives you things like unlockables and persistent character development.

HoN is for all intents and purposes a direct port of DotA with new names/graphics/no limitations. If you want to play DotA but with better graphics and unlimited development potential this is the way to go.

this is exactly the same understanding that i have of them so far.
I like the simplicity of LoL, but it's so hard to master.

HoN looks amazing, but i'm worried that it would be too hard, having not played DotA.
perhaps, once i get better at LoL i'll give it a shot

I enjoy LoL more, but HoN is truer to DotA and probably more competitive in general.
