i think the only way you can do this is if you're streaming and/or recording your game

probably streaming is better since it has time stamps, and won't let you edit after the fact

then you'd e-mail S2 and hopefully they would do something

since you can mute people, S2/feanux doesn't feel like it's worth the time to implement a way to catch voice chat abuse
