kraken can do pretty much same thing except he is better
elec can do same thing except he is better and he also bring a fuckload of aoe damage and forces enemy team to get a nullfire/witchslayer/or puzzlebox else he's gonna be close to impossible to deal with
and not to mention rampage is easily counterd by
A wards
B a team that can stay on top of things and say "miss rampage" in chat/voicechat
C stormspirit
D tablet
E void talisman since all his shit is physical
and not to mention the things he brings to the table is really shit compared to other heroes
no aoe damage which is crucial in any game
he brings a weak stun which requiers you to put yourself in a horrible position
another weak stun and previous as above
an ulti disable for what is it, 2 2,5 3 sec? which is easily counter by 1500-2800 gold worth of item, and it have no range so it's not even remotely close to as good as a tundra or even a succu ult

are just a few of heroes that "shit stomp" most melee heroes in a 1vs1 and everyone bring alot more to the table
neither kraken nor elec do the same thing as rampage.
Knowing rampage is missing accomplishes nothing seeing him coming accomplishes nothing.
You have to get multiple people from your team to assist you or you have to TP away. The tower offers no real protection if you're alone.
He disrupts your team he sits on your carry. He makes you do things you don't want to do.
If you get multiple people to come he can force early skirmishes he is insanely effective in early skirmishes.
Devo shitstomps most melee heroes? Lol? How does he do that by doing as much damage to himself as he does to them? Devo is a terrible melee vs melee hero.
