I've only tried this in low end pub games (1600~) but it seems to me like Electrician + Nymphora is an annoying combination. I've played Nymph a few times using this combination, and fed Electrician the mana to spam his Electric Grip + Energy Absorption. Also he either pings or says something on vent when hes about to grip, so I can drop my Volatile Pod a little behind the enemy, and even if hes still not gripped by the time it goes off, he will eat it running away (I know a smart player would maybe just run forward to avoid this, but that also makes them susceptible to a couple extra auto-attacks). Also, the Volatile Pod will heal Electrician for most of the damage he will sustain if the other enemy laning partner is trying to harass him while he is gripping the target. If needed, to give Electrician a little extra time to hit the ground running, I'll try to land a stun first. But ideally, Electrician will get his grip off without having me stun, to save me some mana, and focus on feeding him more than myself.
This combo doesn't pack so much punch at level 1 or 2 but... once both Nymphora and Electrician are 3-5 its pretty deadly harassment material. The only problems I see with this is playing against a lane where both enemies possess stuns/disables (both people can save each other from Electrician's grip) but this hasn't happened yet (I know it will eventually). If there is only one of the two in the lane in possession of a stun/disable, then they are forced to play pretty conservatively losing some gold and possibly some experience if we choose to play aggressive enough. Also, the only other problem I could possibly see is excess healing capabilities in the lane (the commonly mentioned Accursed + Soul Reaper combo in this thread).
Running this combination, it attracts a lot of heat from the rest of the enemy team (hence a lot of ganking from mid, possibly other lanes with the assistance of a teleport) in order to relieve the pressure. But I think if this lane combination is drawing as much attention as it is, and you have someone else on your team playing pushing heroes (Hellbringer, Slither, etc.) then you could cause towers to go down quickly early game if the rest of the enemy team are leaving their lanes to gank this Electrician + Nymphora lane combination.
As someone said before, I'm sure Power Supply would help counter this lane combo quite a bit, but even so I still think its quite a bit of damage to regenerate, even with a Power Supply.
