not the most overpowered, but ravenor's buff to his ultimate is pretty incredible.

superior magic damage for all damage dealt? he rips through nearly everybody late game. plus gaining charges from creeps now, makes him even better mid.

engi turret would scale with items you would buy. Like thunder claw. Turret would then have thunder claw. It was like another hero. Zephyr cyclones used to be like a mock at lvl 1 and it would kill jungle creeps.
