in HoN i would get on like 1300-1600 accounts and play with pirat +fittske right after a new patch game out. we would instantly spot nerds with blue shield / latest avatars (MSIVY SLITHER!) etc. would stomp them into the ground then laugh @ them for wasting money and still being bad. i hope it made them think twice about spending $$ for worthless shit, but i doubt it

as long as it was pre-free hon and anything involving currency is strictly aesthetic and non-gameplay-affecting (like access to a hero whose spell combinations have improper calculations ONCE AGAIN GJ S2) then i'm okay with it
still laugh at kids who put money into the game, but i'm okay with it
