skilling his ulti is mainly situational like if you're in the middle of a teamfight everyone getting clutched up and and you get lvlup going into that fight / in middle of fight it can be quite useful skilling it but those occation rarely happens

but skilling his ulti at level 9 works if you have a goal to farm where you just skip impalement, bond + stun + 1 sec of ulti dropping creepwave>going into jungle clearing out stacks

but w/e i personally hate the insane fucking buff on tort since he have always been kinda like a defiler who if allowed to stand strong in teamfights he will dash out a huge amount of damage

i like how if you right click on the winged courier icon, it'll by the ground courier and the winged courier even if you already have the ground courier

you have to left click on the winged courier icon and buy the scroll or click the buy remaining button in order to not lost 200 gold
