no, usa has more aids population, not ratio wise, but as a population. i dont know about the part of aids growing exponentially in china, western education, and condom part since i dont see anything saying that. but the usa itself has very high rate of teenage pregnancy. that could be a indication of unprotected sex. also, usa has many states using the abstinence-only education, resulting in teenagers engaging in dangerous sex.
