u didnt read whole this topic, but i think i know what this is about.
i've got the same period as you. every game i join, people is fucking everything up, last game i played, a guy was either EXTREMLY bad, or just trolling, but when the other team wont kick them it just pisses me off, because i won my lane, and the other lanes just fed as hell.
well, and that is happening to me every single games atm. and the worst thing is, i just started playing on this acc, and it used to be a good acc, now its pretty much fucked up.
