tsr is absolutely bullshit though, Fntastic ( the NH who scored an annihilation vs msi ^^ ) had an tsr of 11.xx and i think it is safe to say there are far better players than him ( when it comes to individual skills )

like i said, they're mostly rough indicators
somebody with a TSR of 2 will probably be shit, but there's a certain range
just like the enormous, nonlinear variation in skill of players between 1700-1900, where some will be absolute trash and some will be amazing, there will be an amazing 1702 player, and there will be a not-as-good 1894 player, but for the most part their PSRs are representative of their skill

personally, i don't use TSR

edit: actually, i don't know if my example holds any credibility, since i've never faced any amazing 1702 players
but you never know when a good player is going to buy a sub account and go smurfing
