note i stopped playing when beta ended so i say that as if nothing has changed, keep that in mind
LoL has a lower overall skill factor until you actually start playing ranked games and get up there in rating, sort of like HoN

as i said rich kid who will donate money for whatever it is you get in LoL to raise your passive shit ( i have no clue since i never played the game ) those will be the people who will end up on the top even though they suck

negative seeing as everything that matters can be bought in that game with the in game points you earn, which at level 30 you should have a full runebook which in itself is kind of useless anyways and i could 3/4ths of the time dominate someone with or without a runebook

e; again i'm not saying HoN is bad and i don't see why people say LoL is bad
they are both different and they are both quite well made games

e; i've also noticed that LoL/HoN players have quite the stick up their asses as to which game is better and provide juvenile reasons as to why 90% of the time

I've noticed people who say HoN is a dota rip off are jobless losers who can't get mommy to give them her credit card.

HoN is worth paying $30 when you already have dota because:
-reconnect feature
-stats
-leaver protection
-griefer protection
-better net code
-dedicated servers
-match making
-integrated voice chat
-etc...

those are some dam juvenile reasons man, get more adult ones imo

so why is one game better than another except for the sole reason that one costs money and one does not
HoN is an upgraded dota, yes. LoL is more of a different game then just plain old dota and i think i like it more because they didn't just take all the heroes, give them new names gfx/sfx etc and upgraded engine/graphics and called it good enough to pay $30 for while LoL does indeed have some of the old skills integrated into their champions it isn't a bold copy of all the heroes, it's one or two skills at most.
i guess if you end up reading this im trying to say that 1) i don't know why LoL/HoN players refuse to be openminded to both games and give decent reasons why one or the other is "bad/shit/gay/etc" as they are, in the end both 'dota clones' 2) HoN is upgraded dota and LoL is more of a different game in a sense, so you can't really compare them

HoN is better than DotA. The only reason you rank HoN so low is because you can't afford $30, and/or your computer can't run HoN, which still means you're cheap/poor/jobless loser.
