hmm im running hon on 2 monitors and tho i didnt rly care before id like to fix it now

one is a 19` lcd, other 21 crt and whenever i switch from crt to lcd i have to reinstall game cuz i get some shit error
other way around is fine. im guessing its some refresh rate issue cuz i run on 100hz on crt and 75hzx on lcd but i cant get in game and fix it

so is there a way to set it before running it or w/e? might not even be that, cant remember exactly what error says some 3d shit fail
