Put the XP disk in the computer.
Hold the power button to turn the computer off (don't do start > switch off computer).
Then turn it back on and when it comes to the screen asking if you want to run in safe mode, look for something saying "Hit (f button) to enter bios settings.
Then change the boot device to disk (if it isn't already) and exit the BIOS.
Start normally.

now computer is fucked up

press any key to boot from CD.... Error loading operating system
